An Exclusive Buyer's Agent acts solely on behalf of the Buyer. Newhomes.com does not take any listings so you will never have to worry about any conflict of interest or dual agency. Traditional Real Estate Agents and the Builder's On-Site Agents are unable to fully represent the Buyer's interests. Only an Exclusive Buyer's Agent can represent the Buyer 100%. In Arizona, everyone is entitled to have their own representation so our services are at no cost to you as our fee is paid for by the builder or the seller. Do not sign in at a new home site without your agent present as by doing so could waive your right to be represented.

Assist in the preapproval process, by proving you with local loan officers and their contract information.
Research all existing new homes and/or resale to meet your specific needs, creating an itinerary, saving you time and money. There are over 120 new home communities in Tucson so we are able to give you peace of mind that you have explored all of the possibilities.
Educate you on the differences between builders, locations, amenities, etc. so that you can get the best deal for your money.
Assist in the contract Process, walk through's, inspections and follow through till closing.
Advocate for you in the instance there is an issue during construction, we deal with the buider so you don't have to. It can be an emotional time and we are qualified to handle it in a professional and efficient manner.
Provide you with online photos of your home at certain stages of construction.
